Cancellation Policy

We understand unexpected events happen. We have these policies in place to protect our stylists and their time. We kindly ask you to call or text at least 48 hours before your appointment to prevent a cancellation charge.

We require a 48 hour notice before cancelling your appointment. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in a charge worth 50% of your booked service(s) and failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a charge worth 100% of your booked service(s).

Failure to not show up to your appointment with no warning will result in a 100% charge of your booked service(s).​

We require a card number to hold your appointment - nothing will be charged on your card when booking.
