Cancellation Policy

For cancellations within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment please contact the salon directly at (617)-480-2859. To ensure the utmost respect for the time of our staff and stylists, our policy is as follows: Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total service cost. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the total service cost. Please note that failure to settle cancellation fees will result in the inability to book future services with our establishment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
